is an unstoppable current.
From an individual point of view, it stops with us.
Then, time is our existence.
Whatever we do with it, it is what we are doing to ourselves. Choosing very well what we do with it is, at least, smart.
Define “wasting time”: Doing whatever is not honest with myself. To do simply to please others, who do not care about me.
“Talk is cheap”. Let’s change it. Let’s make words have meaning again. The abundant proliferation of words made them cheap, as the markets law would predict.
Let’s talk less. Words will worth something again so.
Beware that your mood is influencing the way you perceive the world and the other people around you. Do not make decisions without thinking it over on the course of several days.
Beware that everybody is prisoner of their moods, fears, limitations and delusions.
Be patient, be passionate, be moderate.
Be kind, be energetic, be compassionate.
You won’t be there tomorrow. However great it is your power, you have an insignificant influence over the world.
Focus on yourself and in what you can do that has positive consequences. If we all work on improving ourselves and care about the rest and the world we live in, a much better world would be possible, and our influence on magnifying the positive aspects of this better world would be greater, extending beyond the limits of our existences.
